Meet our Lead & Directors Fellows! 🌺✨

Our Leads & Directors Fellowship supports youth organizing staff who are serving in strategic roles in their organizations as seasoned lead organizers or emerging directors and are interested in honing their leadership through a peer based 9 month cohort.

This year’s cohort includes 19 phenomenal organizational leaders across California who are leading bold youth organizing campaigns, building power in their communities, and implementing transformative change in and outside their organizations. What’s even more exciting, is that half of our fellows are alumni of our Emerging Organizers Fellowship!

This fellowship has been a dream of YO! Cali’s, and over the past two years we have been scheming and plotting how to make it happen. To manifest it we have been in conversations with many of you to help give it shape & purpose, and it is a true testament to what it means to align & be responsive to the field and the request coming from it, to activate our strengths, and move purposefully together. ✊🏾❤️✨
